Alfred Kriger
Integrity. Hard Work. Vision.
A man of integrity, hard work, and vision, Al Kriger began his career as a certified welder, working on gas and water lines for Pennsylvania Gas and Water Company, where he was widely regarded as one of the finest welders in the company's history. His dedication, craftsmanship, and pride in his work laid the foundation for a legacy that would span generations.
In 1974, Al Kriger founded Kriger Construction in Dickson City. What began as a small local operation grew into a respected and enduring family business through his leadership and commitment. His daughter, Linda, and his son, Alfred "Butch" Kriger, worked alongside him, helping to build not only a successful company, but also a legacy rooted in trust, opportunity, and family values. In later years, Al would take great pride in watching his grandchildren carry his legacy forward, building Kriger Construction Inc. to heights he never thought possible.
